These terms govern use of teal-birch.motorcycles and services from Teal Birch Atelier, 29 Grove Avenue, Ghent, Belgium. By purchasing or browsing you accept them under Belgian law.

Edition sales are final once prints leave the studio unless damaged in transit when we arranged shipping. Workshop fees are refundable with seven days notice before the session date. Press hire requires induction; misuse of equipment may forfeit membership without refund.

Website text and images of prints are copyright. Artists retain moral rights in collaborative editions per written agreement. Liability is limited to direct losses except where Belgian consumer law provides otherwise.

Consumer guarantees under Belgian law apply to edition sales where defects are reported within fourteen days of receipt. Workshop participants must follow safety instructions for cutters and press guards; failure to do so may end participation without refund.
